New Rosette

Inspired by what I would call the contemporary mosaic style in rosette making I started my next guitars. And in between selecting woods I started this first pattern. It is mostly done with different rosewoods and a few ebony chops and will be for a guitar with Indian rosewood back and sides. I like the idea of having the same wood for the rosette as chosen for back and side to tie things together.

Also a good opportunity to try out my new circle routing jig!
